Hoo Zoo And Dinosaur World的点评
点评：Let me tell you it rained last night and I really didn't want to come here today because our car is new and I know it gets muddy - superficial I know - and I didn't want to let my son down as we promised him we would take him. BUT I am so glad I came because yes it was a bit muddy but nothing like as bad as I thought. There was plenty of parking and it was not overly busy so I didn't feel rushed looking round the different animals of which there were lots and utterly adorable every single one of them. The dinosaur section had fantastic animatronics with brilliant sound effects.
There is a lovely cafe serving snacks and I was extremely chuffed that they did pumpkin spiced latte - I normally have to wait until September for this sort of drink. I had two of them.
They had a Taylor Swift tribute act on who was really good and she had a fabulous dancing dinosaur as her supporting act.
If you buy animal feed then be aware that you encounter the goats first and they give you the Puss In Boots big eyes treatment so of course I gave them all my feed but there are other animals further along that would also love some feed so don't give it all to the goats!
Definitely wear wellies/hiking boots or trainers that you don't mind getting dirty. I took a change of boots for after the zoo and I would recommend this especially on very rainy weather days.
My favourite animals are wolves and they have two beautiful specimens here. All the animals are well cared for and a lot are rescues.
We will be back again one day. Thankyou Hoo Zoo for a lovely and relaxing day.
