Mission Hill Family Estate Winery的点评
点评：Beautiful venue for a concert. The concert was excellent. They do not give these tickets away. They are pricey. For my husband and I to attend with an extra glass of wine we paid almost $800.00, but we figured we were buying an experience. This was our second concert at Mission Hill.
The one staff member I encountered twice throughout the even was a younger man with a skinny moustache. He didn’t listen to what I was trying to order and got short with me when he got it wrong. Later on I went to use my wine tickets at 9:15. He abruptly said it was 9:15 and I was too late. He rudely dismissed me and wouldn’t honor my 2 tickets (again were not free they were pricey). I just went to the next booth, they were also closing down but the staff members happily honoured my tickets. Perhaps this young man should be retrained in customer service? He appeared to be more important than the guests. He didn’t ruin the evening, but it doesn’t make me want to rush back.
