Not as good as previous visits.
哈伍德庄园的点评
点评：I brought two friends last Friday.
I had told them about the house, the grounds and the aviaries and animals.
The house was great, the grounds were beautiful.
However I was highly disappointed to see the empty aviaries! Overgrown and full of weeds. Completely abandoned and not cared for. What has happened the all the birds and the other animals?
Considering the ticket to enter is quite expensive, This lack of maintenance was a surprise and a great shame.
I completely appreciate the ferry will be volunteer led, but to not have it running on a Friday seemed bizarre. And the cafe near the walled vegetable garden to not be open on a Friday either?!
The traffic lights on exit need recalibrating as well. We were stuck for a ridiculous length of time trying to leave. I bet this was a nightmare when festival goers tried to leave later that evening.
