Halifax Piece Hall a fantastic inclusive venue!

点评：Went to watch McFly at the Piece Hall last night and I can't praise it enough. I have been many times to visit the wonderful shops, restaurants and bars at the Piece Hall and was lucky enough to win 2 general admission tickets from TKMAXX to see Rag n Bone Man last year.
However this is first time I have bought tickets to the Accessible Platform, where i could attend on my mobility scooter.
I was a bit wary at first but there was no need to be. This is honestly the most Accessible venue I have ever been too!
Whatever your disability, you are catered for. Greeted by friendly staff as soon as you enter who explain everything to you.
Easy to access ramps to the disabled viewing area which has waiter service to get you any drinks, food, merchandise and even ice creams. Which is also a huge bonus for anyone who has anxiety of being in crowds.
They also have a big screen showing the BSL interpreter close up. You can also bring an essential companion with you for free if needed.
The show was great and despite it being one of the hottest days we didn't feel too uncomfortable. We were allowed to bring 2 bottles of water each because of the heat and there are plenty of free water stations.
