We enjoyed the cocktail and farm to table dinner for our anniversary dinner here. The cocktail experience was very fun for us, who have never taken a real cocktail course. We got to sample the Hanalei branded liquors and make some cocktails from scratch for dinner. After that we had a small tour.
The dinner was amazing. Be prepared for some family style seating and possibly getting to know your table mates if you feel inclined to chat. It is outdoor seating and i would recommend bug spray in the rainy season.
I am a non-beef eater and the meal being served was brisket, so they had given me a little placard to show I needed the pescatarian option.
The whole experience is pricey, however when you take into account the amazing locally sourced food and operation they’re building, I believed it to be worth the price of the overall experience.
