Gold Rush Waterpark at Double JJ Resort的点评
点评：We stayed in a suite overnight. Not NEARLY enough tubes for people (waterslides require tubes). Everything is dirty/dingy/old. Room tub was not clean (sticky brown substance drops everywhere), room slept 8 and provided 2 forks and dirty (food caked on) dishes. Staff was so rude and over worked that a 13 year old in my party cried when he tried to order ice cream. Ice cream isn't labeled, just point and grunt I guess. Actually, nothing is labeled. You spend a lot of time scanning QR codes that don't work and roaming around looking for an arrow/signage/times and details for things. The staff is way overworked. 2 staff members had such poor hygiene I couldn't stand near them while talking(I'm assuming it's partly because they're so overworked they don't have energy to care for themselves). And yes, overworked means you are waiting for EVERYTHING. The ice cream fiasco I was behind 1 other party of 2... and I waited 23 minutes to get 2 shakes. And the ice cream staff also runs the bull, so good luck actually getting to do that. If you like getting lost, then finding where you want to be only to stand in line and risk someone being rude to you because they aren't getting paid enough, sure, go here. The front desk claims to have no authority to do anything, and management does not respond. If I haven't talked you out of staying here yet, they also gave me a room credit for an activity we didn't do. Check in told me I could charge everything to my room throughout my stay so I could use my credit up... The staff is not trained on how to charge things to your room, so it's not a legitimate option. Parking is an absolute nightmare in winter because they just push the snow to one side so you can't back up. Please just go somewhere that will actually be fun and enjoyable.
翻译：我们住了一晚套房。泳圈数量远远不够（玩水滑梯需要泳圈）。所有东西都很脏、很破旧。房间里的浴缸也不干净（到处都是黏糊糊的棕色液体），房间能睡8个人，却只提供了2把叉子和脏兮兮的（上面还有食物残渣）的盘子。工作人员态度恶劣，而且工作过度，我们一行人中一个13岁的孩子想点冰淇淋的时候都哭了。冰淇淋没有标签，估计只能指着它哼哼唧唧地叫。实际上，什么都没有标签。你得花很多时间扫描根本用不了的二维码，到处找箭头、指示牌、时间和各种细节。工作人员真的太累了。有两个工作人员的卫生状况极差，我根本没法和他们说话（我猜部分原因是他们太累了，没精力照顾自己）。没错，工作过度意味着你什么都要等。我买冰淇淋的经历简直是一场噩梦。前面只有另一桌两个人，我等了23分钟才拿到两杯奶昔。而且冰淇淋店的员工还负责养牛，所以想吃到奶昔想都别想。如果你喜欢迷路，然后找到目的地后还要排队，还要提防那些因为工资低而对你态度恶劣的员工，那当然可以来这里。前台声称他们无权处理任何事情，而管理层也置之不理。如果我还没劝你放弃这家酒店，那我再说一遍：他们还给了我一张房间消费券，说是我们没参加的活动的消费。办理入住时，他们告诉我整个入住期间所有消费都可以记在房费里，这样我就可以把消费券用完……但是他们的员工根本没接受过如何记账的培训，所以这根本不是一个合法的选择。冬天停车简直是噩梦，因为他们会把雪推到一边，让你根本没法倒车。拜托，还是去一个真正有趣好玩的地方吧。
