Very interesting buildings, lots to see
伴侣岛露天博物馆的点评
点评：A really interesting open air museum with wooden buildings dating from 1790s onwards. A variety of buildings to see from a simple cottage, simple storage for hay or grain, tenant farmer's buildings to grander parsonage, manor house and a more recent summer cottage. The map is very good. There's loads to see.
Choose a dry day to go as there's lots of walking.
There's the odd ice cream kiosk dotted around, and WCs. The museum shop is small with limited items. The Summer Café may be open but does seem to close on odd days.
There are many benches around to sit and enjoy the scenery and have an ice cream or coffee. Amazingly, did see a red squirrel, it's tiny compared to the grey, and that a gull was trying to chase off.
It is so worthwhile to buy a museum ticket to enter buildings that are open. Admission Adults 14 Euros, Seniors and Students, 10 Euros, kids under 18, Free. Can buy a ticket on arrival, go over the white wooden bridge, to kiosk next to café.
Take Bus 24 from bus station at Kamppi, or Uber there and take the bus back. Bus stop is right by Seurasaari before you go over the white bridge.
