Could Be Great
甲骨文球馆的点评
点评：The arena is almost a great place to see a show. The smaller size of the arena was perfect for our Paul McCartney and both Pearl Jam shows last week. The staff was as friendly as possible and views from all over the venue were fantastic.
The challenges we experienced were, in order of frustration:
1. Parking! Parking our car was easy, getting out, however, was a disaster. Plan for an hour to get out of the parking lot. There were no traffic attendants and it was an absolute free for all. We paid to park for the first of three shows we attended last week and found alternative ways of getting there and back again for the other two. I will never pay $40 to park there ever again. If this business can learn something from that experience, I was ok paying their high parking fee (which is too high to begin with) and would have two more times that week if the lot wasn’t an absolute complete disaster after the show.
2. We only saw one of our three shows from the “nosebleeds”. If you have upper level seats you should know that the stairs are very, very steep and rather than invest in any lighting for the 200 level, there is yellow tape on some steps. The yellow tape didn’t help the large number of people who we saw trip and fall. We’re surprised a lawsuit hasn’t addressed this issue yet.
3. Lastly, I’ve never spent so much money for a beer. Plan on $20 a beer.
We loved the shows we saw, the views and acoustics were great. Staff was fantastic. If the three issues above were fixed I would look forward to going here again.
