点评：Came here for a girlie spa day, however I was left feeling deflated.
The good:
Staff were very friendly
Free lockers and free parking
The treatment was lovely and relaxing, great smelling products.
The not so good:
The place really needs some tlc.
Hot beds were luke warm with one broken. Foot spa, one broken with tape around it and one looking very worse for wear (didn't see a single person use it).
Almost relaxed enough to drift off in the Ocean Lounge room, but the door is directly in reception so hearing all the voices outside really brought me back to reality.
Hardly got a chance to use the jacuzzi, steam or sauna as they are rather small and it was very busy.
Appreciate its noted that the pool can be used by all ages and is available to children, however on an expensive spa day didn't really appreciate rowdy teens in the pool and kids pool toys.
The afternoon tea. Left alot to be desired. Only tea, coffee or water included (I don't drink tea or coffee). Scones were yummy, but sandwiches were disappointing. The apple mouse pastry was the highlight! Friends cappuccino arrived cold.
Changing rooms are minimal, and whilst having a shower the drain wasn't draining very quickly and the water level rose quickly till I was stood showing in a deep puddle.
Very odd layout, having to walk out of the spa, through a corridor past hotel rooms down to the wellness pool/sauna area.
All in all for £160, it was rather disappointing and I'm afraid I can't say I'll return or will recomend to friends. 3 stars because the treatment was nice, and all the staff were friendly.

下午茶也令人失望。只提供茶、咖啡或水（我不喝茶也不喝咖啡）。司康饼很好吃，但三明治令人失望。苹果慕斯糕点是亮点！朋友的卡布奇诺是冷的。
更衣室非常简陋，淋浴时排水很慢，水位迅速上升，直到我站在一个很深的水坑里。
布局很奇怪，必须走出水疗中心，穿过一条走廊，经过酒店客房才能到达康体池/桑拿区。
总而言之，160英镑的价格令人失望，恐怕我不会再来了，也不会推荐给朋友。给三星是因为护理过程还不错，所有员工都很友好。
