Amazing Experince, but Confusing Booking/Seat Reservations

点评：My experience booking the Glacier Express was frustrating. When I tried to book, the website repeatedly failed to load, and after contacting customer service multiple times, I did not receive a response for over a week. Additionally, the website was unclear that the 54 CHF fee is only for seat reservations, not the actual train tickets, which must be purchased separately via Trainline or SBB. In fact, when the staff came to check our tickets on board, we realized we still needed to buy the actual train tickets, as we only had the seat reservations—something that was not made clear beforehand.
Once on board, however, the experience was excellent. The views were absolutely stunning, the food was good, and the staff were polite and attentive.
Overall, the journey itself is incredible, but the booking process and website information need significant improvement to avoid confusion.
