点评：I want to say a huge thank you to Lara the lovely lady I dealt with at Emerald Park. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our family visit on the 17th or October because my son required emergency surgery, which meant our planned weekend away could no longer go ahead.
I contacted Emerald Park to explain what had happened, and Lara was absolutely wonderful. She was understanding, compassionate and so helpful, and arranged a full refund for our tickets without making an already stressful situation any more difficult.
When you're dealing with a worrying medical situation involving your child, a little kindness and understanding mean more than people realise. She showed genuine compassion and made what could have been another upsetting task into a really positive experience.
I am incredibly grateful to her for the way she handled everything. She is a real credit to Emerald Park, and I hope this feedback reaches her and her manager. It's so important to recognise staff who go above and beyond and treat people with such kindness when they need it most.
Thank you so much for your understanding and excellent customer service. We really appreciate it, and we hope to visit Emerald Park as a family when our son is fully recovered.
