A complex tour made easy and enjoyable

点评：My wife and I have traveled extensively over the years, visiting more than 200 countries and territories across all seven continents. Along the way, we have encountered a great many tour guides, travel company representatives, and tour operators. Some were excellent, others less so, but most accomplished what was expected of them: facilitating our travels.
Then we met Dronica Debi Tewari of Impressive Suriname Travel. She introduced us to a level of added value we hadn't expected: caring.
From day one, Dronica presented the facts and options clearly and in a way that made us feel completely at ease. When she promised to investigate something or get back to us, she did—promptly and without our having to follow up. We never felt like just another client. At times, it felt as though we were dealing with someone who genuinely cared about their clients.
And that feeling became even more important during our complex trip through the three Guyanas. We had the reassuring sense that Dronica and her team had our back. We knew instinctively that if an issue arose, we would be OK—that they would step in, find a solution, and make sure things worked out.
