点评：Awful experience. My horse was extremely volatile from the moment I got on. When I said something to the host they said it just feels my tension and that he wouid relax once we get staryed.
Once the trail began one of the hosts had to lead the horse on foot as he was still being wild and she was visibly frustrated and unable to control the horse. So they attached my horse to the guide. While the ride was less than ideal because of the horse's agitation I was able to still enjoy the scenery. However when we stopped to watch the sunset the horse bucked me off and I fell hard. The hosts did not ask me if I was ok and subsequently blamed me and lectured me about riding (I'm an experienced rider and been on 10+ riding tours with no issue!) . When given the opportunity to make it right via direct e-mail they ignored me. These hosts are incredibly rude and do not know how to handle things that don't go according to plan. If you still decide to use this company, for your own safety, stay away from the horse named Roberto.
