点评：We recently stayed on-site at the Borga for a 3-day wedding of nearly 90 guests and while the property is beautiful, we unfortunately had both Euros and our local currency stolen from our room. We had only taken out Euros the day of our arrival to pay for our transfers to and from the venue and kept this cash in a separate wallet, in a zipped compartment of our luggage. This money was counted each day in our room to ensure we had enough for our transfer. On our last day we noticed we were missing money for our transfer and our local currency, both of which were kept in this wallet stored in our luggage in our room. When we escalated this to the hotel staff, the first manager was sympathetic but told us he could not do anything, which we understood. However, the next morning, the manager on duty, Renato, told us that we lost the money and he would not question his staff about this issue. His colleague at the desk told us immediately following this conversation that this is not the first time guests reported money missing from their rooms since he started working here. We know we did not misplace the cash because it did not leave the room and following housekeeping services that day we were suddenly short $70 euros for our transfer and $20 in our local currency.
