Awful experience.. everything closed... Left completely on your own no security from very early on a Saturday

点评：Awful experience arrived at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon I rang that morning at 12ish to see about activities I was told they were fully booked because it was so busy and the only thing they could fit us in was the zip line so when we arrived at 3:30 checked in the restaurant all food and bar were closed the girl stated when they are quiet they close earlier. We went and did the zip line by the time we walked back up all reception was closed locked and we were left on our own noone else staying in any of the containers no amenities around us apart from the closest town. Then our container we stayed in was covered in midgies the WiFi didn't work I tried to communicate with the host "Ben" he basically ignored and we had to leave at 12:45 at night as kids were so irritated with midgies etc... the next day I messaged Ben again he said he would see regarding a refund then he went on to completely ignore messages and didn't care about the upset of kids loosing out on their trip or the fact the service advertised was not what was available. Air BnB helped me and said they would investigate but as it seems I would avoid as it seems the host will just take your money and go.
翻译：糟糕的体验：周六下午3点半我们到了。当天中午12点左右我打电话去询问有哪些活动可参加，对方告诉我因为人太多，所有项目都已订满，唯一能安排给我们的就是滑索项目。然而当我们3点半办理入住后，发现餐厅里的食物和酒吧都关门了。工作人员解释说，人少的时候他们会提前打烊。我们去玩了滑索，等走回来时，所有的接待处都关门上锁了，我们被独自留在那里。其他任何人都没有住在那些集装箱里，周围除了最近的镇子外没有任何便利设施。我们住的那个集装箱里全是小蚊子，WiFi也用不了。我试图联系房东“Ben”，但他完全无视我。由于孩子们被蚊子烦得不行，我们不得不在半夜12点45分离开……第二天，我再次给Ben发消息，他说会处理退款事宜。但之后他就完全无视我的消息，对孩子们因为无法成行而难过毫不在意，也漠视了实际提供的服务与宣传内容不符这一事实。Airbnb也帮助了我，表示会进行调查。不过看来以后我还是会避开这家房东，因为他似乎只会收了钱就不管了。
