Warwick Castle: History, Fun, and a Wonderful Day Exploring

点评：Our visit to Warwick Castle was one of the highlights of our trip. We toured the castle on our own and absolutely loved the experience. The history, atmosphere, and sheer scale of the property made it both fascinating and fun from beginning to end.
Climbing to the top of the towers was especially memorable, with wonderful views and a real sense of stepping back in time. We also enjoyed strolling through so much of the grounds and exploring the different areas of the castle at our own pace.
One thing that really stood out was how incredible the children’s activities were. We found ourselves wishing our grandchildren had been there to experience it all, although they certainly benefited from the wonderful souvenirs we brought home for them!
We had heard comments beforehand that Warwick Castle was “too commercialized,” but honestly, we did not feel that way at all. Yes, there were school groups and families visiting, but the castle still felt rich in history and genuinely engaging. The balance between education, entertainment, and preservation was very well done.
Overall, we found Warwick Castle to be immersive, enjoyable, and absolutely worth visiting — a perfect blend of history and fun for all ages.
