An amazing experience with Scuba World Diving!

点评：Amazing! Grateful thanks to Daveena, Christophe, Deny, Little Christophe and Visham for an wonderful experience in Mauritius. We completed 11 fabulous dives over two weeks and our 12 year daughter completed her PADI advanced course. We have been lucky to dive in various places around the world but none beats the experience we had with the team at Scuba World Diving Mauritius. The professional support and care started before we had even packed our suitcases as Daveena answered our queries via WhatsApp but we were left in awe of the customer service, kindness and friendliness of the team when we actually arrived at the dive centre which is beautifully located on the beach with seating, sun umbrellas and a shower. Daveena has everything calmly and patiently organised and takes a great pride in ensuring everyone is catered for and understands everything. Safety is clearly the top priority for this dive centre and this clearly evidenced with how well information about the conditions are shared, the maintenance of the kit, briefings on land plus very comprehensive briefings on the boat. I welcomed the use of laminated sheets which showed the dive site route [and the sunken statues, bath and bike - intentionally sunk!] and how understanding was checked with questions actively encouraged. The well equipped boat to the sites was always interesting as the team shared the history and anecdotes about the island. The dives were extremely well led and the dive sites were lovely; we got to see turtles, octopus, stone fish and all manner of aquatic life in the lagoon and out on the reef with Purple Cave and Anemone Garden our personal favourites. The team were knowledgeable, patient and very passionate about diving which made the experience even more enjoyable. The small group size meant we had a greater sense of safety plus there was no crowding and we got to enjoy the marine life; we felt we had a premium tailored experience for an extremely reasonable price, particularly with our daughter completing her course as opposed to a big commercial operation where we would be just numbers and charge more. Between dives Daveena had hot drinks and biscuits waiting for us and if we stayed on the boat these were also supplied along with a supply of sweets. My husband got a little sea sick and the instructors went to efforts to minimise discomfort and we even got detailed directions to the local pharmacy for medication which did the trick! Whilst we stayed at Preskil resort we were joined on different dives from people who had travelled from different resorts and from across the island to dive here. We are undoubtedly going back and highly recommend diving with this fantastic team in this stunning location. Thank you All!
