Fingal’s Cave的点评
点评：We visited on a day trip from Oban - it was a lot to go through to get here, but it was an amazing day and the Fingal's Cave on the Staffa Island (not Iona, as that's a separate much bigger island where people actually live when it comes to Iona) was something special - I love basalt column formations around the world and this one is something else, looks like a space ship crashed here million years ago :)
During late April we got to see some Puffins as well :)
During that trip unfortunately we didn't get to step on the land as the pier/dock was under repair but I heard/read somewhere normally you can so it probably adds even more to the great experience.
A MUST!!!!! and absolute must - worth all the effort - if you stay on Mull then Staffa Tours will get you here, if you stay on mainland in Oban (like we did) check out West Coast Tours - we went with them and I have reviewed it here on TripAdvisor as well - very well put together day trip!
