点评：We had an outstanding experience with SafariMonks on our Kenya & Tanzania safari.
From the very beginning, everything was exceptionally well organized. They surprised us with room upgrades, selected outstanding guides who were knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely passionate about wildlife, and put together an itinerary that made the entire trip unforgettable.
What really sets SafariMonks apart, however, is how they handle things when plans don’t go smoothly. During our trip we had multiple unexpected issues: flight disruptions, lost luggage, health concerns, and even a last-minute cancellation of our return flight that required an additional hotel night and new airport transfers.
Every single challenge was handled calmly, quickly and professionally. We never felt like we were dealing with these problems alone—they took ownership, coordinated everything seamlessly, and made what could have been a very stressful experience remarkably easy.
