点评：Disappointing experience. The elevator was not working, which can happen, but there was no clear information about this before arriving. Nothing on the website or during the booking/ticket purchase clearly warned us that the elevator was out of service. We only found out after arriving.
We had specifically planned our visit expecting to be able to use the elevator, so this was a significant disappointment. If an important facility such as the elevator is not operating, visitors should be clearly informed in advance, especially when they are planning their trip around the attraction.
