点评：The **Rajgad to Torna First Range Trek** was truly a memorable and thrilling experience. Organized wonderfully by **SRTR & Durg Vaibhav**, our group of **20 enthusiastic trekkers** embarked on this adventure in the early hours of the morning.
We started the trek at **3:00 AM**, surrounded by complete darkness. The journey began with the glow of headlamps lighting the path ahead. The atmosphere was magical, with dense fog spreading across the trails during dawn, creating a mysterious and adventurous feeling. The ancient fort walls, hidden in the mist, added to the excitement and made every step feel like a journey back in time.
As the morning progressed, we saw many fort lovers and trekkers exploring the historic Sahyadri ranges. The route from **Rajgad towards Torna** offered breathtaking views, lush greenery, and challenging terrain. The trek covered approximately **20 kilometers**, testing our endurance, teamwork, and determination.
The highlight of the trek was undoubtedly **Torna Fort**. Known for its grandeur and thrilling pathways, Torna offered a perfect combination of history and adventure. The steep climbs, rugged trails, and challenging sections demanded both physical strength and mental focus. Every difficult climb was rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding valleys and mountains.
Reaching the top brought a sense of achievement and relaxation. The cool breeze, mist-covered landscapes, and panoramic scenery made all the effort worthwhile. We thoroughly explored the magnificent fort, including the **Mandir, Buruj, Machis, Balekilla**, and other historical structures that showcase the rich legacy of the Maratha Empire.
The photos perfectly capture the essence of the trek—the mysterious fog-filled fort passage before sunrise, the beautiful forest canopy along the trail, and our wonderful group standing together after completing this incredible journey.
This trek was not just about covering distance; it was about friendship, adventure, teamwork, and discovering the beauty of the Sahyadris.
