Poor customer service. Poor value for money.
Pot 'N' Kettle Ceramic Cafe的点评
点评：We have been to the Pot and Kettle in Beeston quite a few times over the past 16 years for relaxed painting, baby hand prints, and for ours and other kids' birthday parties. Unfortunately, standards have gone down and prices have gone up. Six weeks after our visit I rang to ask if our pots were ready to collect. I was asked to wait another week. The following week I rang again and was told they were ready to collect. Wasted journey as they couldn't find them. I was told they'd look for them and would give me a ring. Another week later I rang back and said I'd want a refund as it'd been 8 weeks and no communication received from them. Suddenly two of the three pots were found. One of our pots got missing, which was my daughter's she'd painted for her birthday. I had to ask for a refund, which I got (£20 for a small bowl). No compensation was offered for all the wasted time and disappointment. Overall communication was inexistant and customer service extremely disappointing.
