Outstanding experience with Funky Tours. From start to finish, Robert, our tour leader, handled everything with real attention to detail. The itinerary, the timing, the small stops we made, the little treats we got. The length of the tour was perfect. The itinerary was very well planned. What stood out most was Robert’s the knowledge about the Balkans including the history, the culture, the stories every place we visited. Edib, our driver was also excellent! Always on time and drove slowly at certain winding areas so we don’t feel motion sickness.
You can tell this is a team that genuinely loves this region and wants you to understand it, not just to see it. We came away with a much deeper appreciation of the Balkans. Highly recommend, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide to this part of the world.
