点评：The Kelvingrove has an impressive array of artefacts and displays with a good mix of art, design, and nature telling the history of Glasgow and its place in Scotland.
The layout, divided between ‘expression’ and ‘life’ strikes the right balance and ensures the museum never seems overwhelming.
The café was pleasant and the shop very well stocked.
Special mention for Anne, the volunteer guide who delivered a compelling tour - almost two hours - of the Kelvingrove for free. Anne relayed facts, details, and an anecdotes that you’d never glean just by walking around on your own.
It transforms your experience of the museum and other museums/galleries would benefit greatly from operating tours like this.
The craft market in the extensive centre hall was a nice touch too.
The Kelvingrove is well worth the trip when visiting Glasgow.
