点评：Guides- Lucy and Riley were the best we could hope for. Why? Even though safety was their priority, they used humor and a few stories to keep us listening and engaged. This was my oldest Grandson’s 16th birthday and he and quite frankly all of us couldn’t imagine having a better time. This is the kind of event I WANT to bring people too. Unique and literally a one of kind experience-yet repeatable. I actually would want Lucy and Riley as our guides if possible. They added such a positive spin to the event. They helped make it-special. I even bought a lamp to put in my office and when I look at it-I’ll smile. I’ve been one time at Christmas also. I used to live in Elizabethtown, now reside in CA. Both experiences are top notch. A round of applause to Mgmt! I’d use Lucy and Riley as a training example for other staff: Yes, that memorable. I’d have all future staff assigned as guides to have them run through the runs as L& R: just to show the newbies how it’s done! They Great!
Plus I had dropped a piece of my cowboy hat In the lobby and sure enough the staff found it and are mailing it to me. Did I say they made the event special? Yes -worth repeating! Well done all.
