I booked a transfer through AtoB Transfer
I booked a transfer through Atobtransfer,booking 2G6223,but the service completely failed to deliver and acted like a fraudulent organization.
Main issues:
Failure to provide service: The order was placed and paid for in advance. Upon arrival at the airport, the driver simply didn't show up.I had to urgently find a taxi on the spot and overpay.
Lack of support: The customer support team is purely for show. No one responded to my inquiries during the issue.
Refund refusal: After filing an official claim for a refund for a cancelled trip, the company either ignores my requests or sends standard replies refusing. They refuse to refund, despite their obvious fault.
Bottom line:
Atobtransfer takes an advance payment but doesn't guarantee the trip. If something goes wrong, you'll be left without a transfer and without your money. I strongly advise against using this service if you value your time, nerves, and money.
