Wonderful relaxing hot springs in the jungle
塔巴温泉中心的点评
点评：We visited Thap Ba on a ~rainy weekday. We got the combo that had private mud bath, private mineral springs bath, and the general hot springs pools and waterfalls.
They actually lend you swim suits if you want and towels. After putting our stuff in lockers we went to the mud baths. These were wooden tubs placed on a tiered hillside and the mud water was filled fresh for each user, usually people were in pairs. The mud was nice and warm but not hot, and it felt slippery. It was fun sitting and rubbing it into your skin while relaxing in the tubs.
After the time was up, we showered and went to the private hot mineral springs. They also rinsed and filled these between user groups, I really appreciated that! The water was 102-104F and felt wonderful. We soaked in these for 30min and then moved down to the pools and waterfalls.
These waterfalls were hot and could see the steam coming off them as it was a cold & rainy day, which made it look dramatic. The pools were large and nice & warm. It was like a hot springs paradise, all the water was warm and inviting.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort, and highly recommend the combo package we got. Those private tubs were a highlight for us and something special we will always remember.
