Awful hotel! Infested with mice, bees and wasps. No kids’ activities, terrible food. I absolutely do NOT recommend it!

点评：Do not go near this hotel! It is a complete disaster and does not even deserve a single star.
Our stay was disgusting and traumatic from start to finish:
Severe Pest Infestation: The hotel is infested with mice, wasps, and bees. We saw mice walking around near the dining hall, and we had a live mouse inside our room that stayed with us, causing severe panic and traumatizing my three children.
Unsanitary & Dirty Rooms: The rooms have a terrible smell, and the staff does not even bother to change the bedsheets. We felt completely disgusted the entire time.
Dreadful Service: The customer service is non-existent and terrible.
Save your money and stay away. This was a horrifying experience for our family.
