We just wanted to say a huge thank you for giving us such an amazing experience on our tour of Rome. From the very beginning, the communication with Flavia was brilliant. Everything was arranged so smoothly, and she was incredibly helpful in organising our tour with Francesca.
Francesca was absolutely excellent. She was professional, friendly and made us feel completely comfortable from the moment she picked us up from the cruise ship in her lovely, air-conditioned minivan.
We visited so many of Rome’s highlights, including the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Vatican. We were travelling with our two children, aged 8 and 5, as well as my mum, who is in her early 60s, so we didn’t want to spend the whole day walking around in the heat.
This tour was absolutely perfect for us. We were dropped off close to each attraction, given plenty of time to explore, and had a set meeting point and time to meet back up. It meant we got to see so much of Rome in just one day without the experience ever feeling rushed or hectic.
One of the lovely personal touches was Francesca taking us to a restaurant for lunch away from the main tourist attractions. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely and it felt like a much more authentic taste of Rome. It was also very reasonably priced, and there was a little local market right next to the restaurant, which was lovely to have a look around.
Francesca was so knowledgeable and made the whole day enjoyable and completely stress-free. Having the comfort of the air-conditioned minivan between each stop was a huge bonus, especially with the children.
We would 100% recommend this tour rather than trying to organise Rome yourself from the cruise ship. It was one of the highlights of our holiday and gave us the chance to see so much of this incredible city without feeling exhausted.

一个贴心的细节是，弗朗西斯卡带我们去了一家远离主要旅游区的餐厅用午餐。那里的食物美味可口，氛围温馨宜人，让我们真切体验到了更原汁原味的罗马风味。它的价格也非常合理，餐厅旁边还有一个当地的小市场，逛起来特别有趣。
Francesca知识渊博，让整个一天都充满乐趣且毫无压力。每站之间都能乘坐带空调的面包车，这真是一大优势，尤其是对带着孩子的人来说。
我们绝对推荐这个旅游服务，而不建议自己从游轮上安排罗马之旅。这是我们假期中最难忘的体验之一，它让我们有机会尽情游览这座令人惊叹的城市，却又不会感到疲惫。
