Scam-like behavior, broken payment system and dishonest pricing

点评：I tried to book “Prague: New Years VIP Boat Party EPIC Club” for €138, and the reservation was correctly created on their website.
However, their payment system simply does not work. Every card was declined due to THEIR technical issues, not mine.
I contacted their support on WhatsApp, and that’s where the real nightmare started.
They openly admitted that:
their online payment system is broken
they cannot fix it
they suggest “alternative payment methods” instead of solving the problem
While all this was happening, the price of the exact same event and time slot (9:00 PM) suddenly changed:
from €138
to €178
then up to €370
All for the same booking, same date, same time.
My reservation was stuck in “pending payment” status ONLY because their system does not allow customers to pay, yet they refused to honor the original price. When I pointed out how unacceptable this is, they denied responsibility, blamed the system, and eventually said they cannot help because I “did not complete the purchase”.
Of course I didn’t complete the purchase. YOUR WEBSITE DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS.
This is either extreme incompetence or intentionally misleading behavior.
Changing prices after a booking attempt, while the customer is blocked by your own technical failure, is completely unprofessional.
Zero transparency, zero customer protection, terrible support.
Avoid this site unless you enjoy wasting time, dealing with excuses, and being asked to pay hundreds more for the same product.
