Great on the water, let down on the land

点评：I’m giving this place a solid 3 out of 5 because while the core water activities are genuinely good, the supporting facilities are noticeably neglected, and it's a shame, because the gap between the two is huge.
The good: The lake itself is set up brilliantly. I spent the day paddleboarding, but there was a fantastic buzz around the aqua park, wakeboarding, and swimming areas. The wakeboarding zone is impressively large and easily accommodated larger groups of people, and the Aqua Park kept our kids entertained with a great variety of obstacles. If you’re coming for the water sports themselves, you’ll have a genuinely good time.
The not-so-good: Unfortunately, everything off the water drags the experience down. The changing rooms are run-down and dingy, and the toilets suffer from the exact same lack of care, they feel grimy rather than just basic. As for the so-called "beach," it’s a pitiful sight; calling it a beach feels generous given its current state.
The verdict: What’s most frustrating is that these are easily fixable flaws. This place has the bones of a premium watersports destination. With a bit of TLC—think clean, modern changing areas, a proper on-site shop for equipment purchases and servicing, decent hot food, and a beach they can actually be proud of—this could easily be a 5/5 experience.
For now, it’s strictly average. Go for the activities, but keep your expectations firmly in check for anything on dry land.
