Great Ferry Ride Terrible Shuttle Service

点评：Took the ferry from Weehawken, NJ to NYC on Friday afternoon on 9/11. Great trip. It went south when I got on the shuttle bus. I needed to get to Herald Square and asked an employee which bus would get me there. I was directed to the second bus in line. When I boarded I asked the driver a blonde Hispanic woman, if this would get me to Herald Square. She grunted some one word illegible answer. We left the terminal and headed crosstown on 42nd street. The driver leaned on her horn at every intersection as if that was going to move traffic. A few blocks later a gentleman called out that he’d like to get off. In a strong Hispanic accent she said “you missed stop. Wait for the next one.” When we got to 42nd and Bryant Park she turned around and looked at me and said “last stop”. When I said that I thought this would get me to Herald Square she pointed at the door and said “walk”. What a miserable individual. If you don’t like your job then quit and do something else. I also believe if someone could’ve understood English I would not have been misdirected.
