Easy diving and spectacular Threshers!!!
长尾鲨浮潜的点评
点评：I have just completed 22 dives with Thresher Shark Divers, 16 of which were on Kimud Shoal where I had great encounters on EVERY SINGLE dive with Threshers. I also did 2 dives hoping to see Tigers… no luck… but hey ho… the ocean is not a zoo!!!!!
I also did 2 great dives on Gato Island and 2 dives off North Point to do some macro where we found Pygmy Seahorses and other cool stuff. Now, I have just read a review by 'Dan' who bangs on about how the guide lead the dives with the Threshers and safety procedures…. I was on the very same boat as him on the same day and in the water at the exact same times… Yes, there was a little current running but it was VERY VERY slight and I should know because I was also hauling a full sized camera rig and I am 70 years old!!!! This was an easy dive… as easy as it gets…. All dive guides gave thorough briefings and if you LISTENED and FOLLOWED their instructions it was a VERY easy dive. At no time did I have ANY issues or concerns…. Having a few thousand dives under my belt this was one of the easiest dive days and locations I have ever dived…and oh…. And as regards to the walk before the dive to get to the boat… yes, we had a short walk… why? Because the tide was out and the water directly in front of TSD was too shallow for the tender to come in and pick up guests. And so far in my 40 plus years of diving I haven’t yet found a dive operator who can control the tides!!!…. So there you have how it REALLY was…. I would not hesitate for a second to dive with TSD again….
