点评：We picked this place to stay on our trip in the North of Scotland because of the Wes Anderson-like appearance and were not disapointed. Of course the are more posh hotels nearby but this guesthouse is exactly what you expect in the most northern corner of the country. A unique experience for those who are into adventure. Next to the location and the style of the building the absolutely lovely owners are the main asset of this place. They will do everything to enhance the quality of your stay! Great food, super breakfast, some whisky in the evening, great sunsets and views. What else do you want to complete your "Nordic" experience and the "very far away from home" feeling?
The outside of the building has suffered from some recent storms (the signs blew off...) but renovation is planned. Just hope they don't change too much and preserve the Wes Anderson (or maybe Wim Wenders) like feel...
