点评：Very disappointing experience
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Ashok during our Sri Lanka trip. When we were stuck in Colombo, we expected immediate assistance and proper guidance, but instead, his response and attitude were extremely casual, including laughing during a situation where we genuinely needed help.
The same thing happened again when we were stuck in Bentota. Our WhatsApp conversations were also handled in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. We felt that after receiving the payment, the level of support and responsibility was simply not there.
For a travel service, support during unexpected situations is extremely important. Based on our personal experience, we would not recommend this service and would strongly advise travellers to do thorough research, check recent reviews, and clarify the level of on-trip assistance before making any payment.
