Authentic Maasai Experience at Mount Suswa

点评：I spent two unforgettable days at Mount Suswa Conservancy with Peter (+254 746 099698), and I highly recommend the experience to anyone looking for something authentic a few hours from Nairobi.
Peter welcomed me warmly and came by motorbike to pick me up in Suswa before taking me to the conservancy where he lives with his wife and two young children. I stayed at his home, and we shared great conversations during which he taught me a lot about Maasai culture and traditions.
During my stay, I explored the caves, hiked to the top of Mount Suswa for an incredible panoramic view, and even helped bring his goats and sheep back into their enclosure in the evening, a truly unique hands-on moment. The next morning I tried milking goats, with limited success but a nice experience.
If you are looking for a genuine, immersive and off-the-beaten-path experience, I strongly recommend staying with Peter. It was enriching, welcoming and completely different from classic tours.
