Worst dining service ever...

点评：Arrived 5:15 for 5:30 reservations. 18 family members. Orders for drinks were taken.Orders for food taken at 6:00. 7:00 no water, no food. 6 other people arrive to another table. Orders are taken and served. 7:15 we speak to the servers. We tell them at least feed the 7 children with our family. 7:30. Still no food. The discussion around the table is whether to go or stay. 7:45. No food, no water. 3 bowls of cold fries/ poutines are served to the children. 7:55 we ask the group of 6 if they had reservation or pre- ordered. They said no. That was the last straw. Two of us left . Others were fed food that had to be returned or was too cold to eat. Some got part of their order.Putting it mildly, what was suppose to be a nice family farewell supper turned into a sad dining experience...my third for this place, and my last.
