点评：We had a wonderful experience at Bindella Tenuta Vallocaia. The tour through the barrel rooms was intimate and engaging, and we really enjoyed learning about the history of the estate and Bindella.
One of the highlights for us was the architecture of the production rooms. The space itself is incredibly impressive and beautifully designed, making the tour feel like much more than just a traditional winery visit.
We finished with a delightful tasting of both white and red wines, accompanied by a very thoughtfully prepared platter that paired beautifully with the wines.
Dylan was our host and made the experience even more enjoyable, sharing plenty of interesting information and answering all of our questions.
A wonderful experience from start to finish - intimate, informative and beautifully presented. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
