点评:This is the second time I have visited this establishment. Both times now I have had problems with a lady at reception. Going back for my second visit I was hoping for a better reception but I was wrong.
I have an assistance dog to help me with PTSD. The lady at reception enforced that I have a proper jacket on my dog and I have the correct paperwork. Which I showed her immediately. On entering the facility the lady followed us in constantly staring at my dog. She then went behind a counter and stretched out over it and continued to stare at my dog. I asked her what was her problem and she said that she was watching my dog damaging the wooden floor with her paws. I said I have the same flooring at home so she isn't damaging it. Although there were people with walking frames lady with stilleto shoes on and a guy with work boots on. Which could do more damage to the floor, but nothing was said to them. This lady needs some training in dealing with customers with mental health problems.
The gallery was great. But this is why I gave it a 2 out of 5 because of the absolutely rude way that she spoke to me. She was so condescending that she made the visit so unbearable
