Disappointing visit – much better value elsewhere

点评：I was very disappointed with our visit, especially considering it was half term. Most of the animals weren't visible at all, and while I understand animals sleep (which isn't the park's fault), it felt like we saw more wildlife at our local farm.
The site itself is looking very tired and in need of refurbishment. I understand it is a 'wild wood' setting, but the visitor areas felt neglected. We came specifically for the bear walk, which is the main attraction, but didn’t see a single bear the entire time. To top it off, there were no extra activities or events running despite it being a school holiday.
The directions to exit the site are also very poor and quite confusing. For the same price, Wingham Wildlife Park is much better value for money and offers a far superior experience. Sadly, this wasn't worth the entry fee for us.
