点评：Wow, what an amazing afternoon in the company of Cynthia & John, the owners who went above and beyond with their hospitality.
Set in old Mesters buildings, sensitively restored, a perfect home for a small distillery producing wonderful products. Our hosts escorted us (just the two of us on our tour) giving us a brilliant insight into the production, manufacturing and the back story of their products along with plenty of samples served and presented beautifully .
We’ve enjoyed numerous brewery tours from ale, to whiskey and rum but this was by far and away the most enjoyable, personal and informative tour we’ve experienced giving excellent value for money.
Travelling by train we walked to the venue from Sheffield train station which proved to be the right choice given the amount of sampling we enjoyed! All in all a damn good afternoon out, highly recommended and a perfect gift idea….or like we did, just treat yourself!
