Disappointing this visit.
Junction 35 Spirits的点评
点评：I’ve been to this distillery/ restaurant a few times but it seems to be declining. I got the sense that perhaps they were understaffed.
My wife ordered the Blackberry Sage cocktail which was excellent. I ordered a mixed flight with 2 moonshines, the maple brown sugar whiskey and jalapeno vodka. The whiskey was fantastic- smooth and tasty. The moonshines were good also. But the vodka didn’t have any jalapeno flavor- either I got the wrong vodka or it simply didn’t have any flavor.
My wife got the pulled pork platter with the rice and Texas toast. The meat was dry and the rice was very peppery.
I had the Smokehouse Mac. I asked for it without the crispy onion rings but it arrived with them. The flavor was good, but the meat was also dry and I felt the noodles were a little short on cheese sauce.
On previous visits the food and attention to detail were much better.

我点了烟熏口味通心粉。我特意要求不要加脆洋葱圈，但上菜时还是有。味道不错，不过肉同样很干，而且我觉得奶酪酱的量也稍微少了些。
以往几次光顾时，食物质量与服务细节都要好得多。
