Great Food, Service and presentation of bottled products. There are some significant issues!

点评：First let me clarify something, the food, service, look and presentation of everything in this establishment is top notch BUT there are 2 major issues with Junction 35 Spirits that occur after you purchase their bottled products! 4 of us had lunch and then purchased moonshine, May 14 which was a cool day with a high of 70 degrees. We returned to our cabin and brought our moonshine into the cabin. At some point after that, the corks for both Blackberry flavored bottles blew off and nearly half of each bottle emptied into the box and onto the floor even though they were standing upright! The original plastic seal on the bottle failed to retain the cork which seems to be a packaging design flaw to me. The corks, which were laying in the box, pushed back in to the bottles very easily! We contacted the Distillery Manager and were told by both the woman who answered the phone and the Manager that they have received complaints associated with this problem in the past and that the Master Distiller is working to fix it!! But! Then they refused to replace the defectively packaged bottles! She claimed it was Tennessee State Law that prohibits replacing the bottles of liquor! Well, we looked that up and it is NOT true! These bottles can be replaced, in kind, when the product is defective!!! This happened to us on a day that was NOT hot so beware if you buy their moonshine on a hot day! The product is extremely sticky and smelly when drained onto the floor! At $30 a bottle it could also get expensive for the purchaser since they will not replace the bottle even though they know they have a packaging problem! Let the buyer beware!!!
