The level of customer service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It was clear that every member of staff takes great pride in their role, and their enthusiasm created a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone present.
The team went above and beyond to ensure that both children (11 and 17) were well looked after, which did not go unnoticed. The environment was filled with positivity and laughter, and we felt safe and comfortable at all times—something that is truly invaluable.
I was also very impressed with the facilities, which were maintained to an excellent standard of cleanliness. The availability of ample parking and the smooth, efficient booking process further enhanced the overall experience.

Wet suits and life jackets are all included and the value for money is excellent.
I would suggest adding the Ringo Ride - quite the rush!
