点评：This might be the worst bus tour company I have ever ridden on.
Context: not a single bathroom has worked. Ever. Except for ONE, which had mold growing on the toilet paper.
First of all, it is extremely obvious that the buses are never cleaned. The first bus I was on, from Split to Mostar, the bus was filled with phlegm and chewed gum, in every gap, or sometimes right in the middle of the seat-back: and if any insects die, they are staying there. If they are between the curtain and the window, fly corpses (there are many live flies) will become so sun-dried they look like mosquitoes.
The second bus was by far the worst. A very common problem I see with other reviews is that the AC isn’t working, but I don’t think it’s stressed enough. In 99 degree weather, stepping out of the bus feels like cooling off. The AC monitor, which tells you the temperature of the air it is putting in the bus, reads 95 degrees, and is constantly beeping to tell you it’s broken. That’s not including the crowded bus, where every person acts like a heater. Realistically, it was probably 106 in that bus. It caused severe dehydration, and possibly caused my mother to get heat sickness: she remained on her bed for the rest of the day, and felt miserable the next three, and has now been dizzy and very sensitive to any heat.
The drivers are terrible. They are rude and completely incompetent, and in the bus with the one bathroom that worked (which read “EMERGENCIES ONLY: NO MAINTENANCE”), every time someone stepped into it, the driver would stop the bus, come downstairs, and kick them out of it.
Would not recommend. Ever.
