点评：A hidden gem just off Capel Street. Bar 1661 offers excellent, inventive cocktails that make a visit feel like a unique experience. Its distinctive use of poitín and unusual flavour combinations gives the menu a real personality.
The dark colours, soft lighting and good background music create an intimate setting, while the lively buzz and the always busy room keeps the atmosphere fun and welcoming.
The service is outstanding. Everyone we met was personable, friendly and knowledgeable, helping us explore the menu and find drinks we loved. I visited with a friend who wouldn’t normally order cocktails, and even he was won over!
With this level of creativity and hospitality, it’s easy to understand the international recognition. A fantastic spot that’s well worth seeking out.
