Even though they were fully booked — and it was a busy bank holiday Saturday — Jeanette still managed to squeeze us in, which we were so grateful for. The booking process was simple and informative, making everything feel easy from the start.
When we arrived, Jeanette welcomed us with such warmth. She talked us through everything we needed to know for our self‑drive boat for six of us, and the instructions were clear and reassuring. She even went out of her way to help us at the dam, which was such a kind gesture and really stood out.
The boat itself was beautiful — clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. Fresh plants, a wireless speaker for music, and even a complimentary bottle of water waiting in the fridge. Those little details made the whole experience feel extra special.
The trip was the perfect mix of relaxing and fun. We all came away feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can go back.
