点评：Reviews on independent websites certainly don’t appear to be as good as on Andertones on website! 🤔🤔😂
My advice would be to be very cautious ordering from Andertones. I have had a terrible experience with them!
I ordered a guitar with them at the end of June 2025 (ALMOST A YEAR AGO) and the guitar that was sent out wasn’t the guitar that I wanted. So I tried to get a different one delivered and they cocked up the order a number of times costing me in total more than a days wages. They also never arranged the collection of the original guitar after refunding me. I rang them a couple of times to remind them that I still had the guitar waiting for collection as they hadn’t even noticed! Even then they didn’t sort the collection! They tried blaming the delivery company but it was nothing to with the delivery company, they even had the cheek to try to blame myself at one point instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence! T
They finally managed to sort a collection date but it was for a day I told them that I was not in for the collection!! 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️. They told me I had to sort the return of the guitar myself but I told them that although I was more than happy to arrange the collection from my home with them, I was not willing to go out of my way and get it sent back to them as they had messed me around and lost me over day’s wages. They then went for the last resort of the incompetence rule book and threatened me with legal action! They kept apologising for their uselessness and then threaten me with legal action!! 🤷♂️😂😂😂
I never have, and never will be bullied because of others’ incompetence! Not one penny would come out of my pocket for this no matter what happens! Take a stand against it people!✊

我从来没有，也永远不会因为别人的无能而受气！无论发生什么，我都不会为此付出任何代价！大家一定要勇敢地站出来反抗！✊
