We feel disappointed

点评：We were unfortunately quite disappointed with this boat trip. It started with a 30-minute delay due to technical issues. Once we left, the original crew was really nice and friendly, but unfortunately the trip did not turn out as advertised.
We specifically booked this trip because we really wanted to swim at the Secret Cave. After the boat broke down, we were dropped off at Pigeon Cave for 49 minutes while a replacement boat arrived. The new boat and captain provided a completely different experience. The captain barely communicated with us, showed us two more stops, and then returned to Himarë.
Most importantly, we never stopped at the Secret Cave swimming spot, which was one of the main reasons we booked the trip. We feel very disappointed with the experience and are not happy with the outcome, as it was not what we understood we were booking or paying for.
