点评：AVOID BURNLEY, GO TO LIVERPOOL
We booked Burnley after seeing the videos online. What a JOKE. The Burnley site is NOTHING like the video they advertise - that's Liverpool.
This was a big mistake.
We paid for 2 hours and were desperate to leave with 20 minutes still left. That says it all.
Honestly, I could hire a better bouncy castle. The main inflatable has no air in it - if two people stand in the same spot you can feel the solid floor underneath. It's dangerous.
The slides are falling apart and filthy. The ball pool barely has enough balls to be called a ball pool. The tilt slide only tilts when no one is actually on it. Pointless.
Then my kids asked me what "MURDERTOWN" means - they'd read it tattooed on a staff member's arm. Great place for kids, eh?
Staff couldn't care less. No hello, no smile, no atmosphere. Just clock-watching until close. Zero customer service.
You advertise "free lockers" that you then charge for. They force you to buy their socks at the door. The car park is a joke - shared with some back-street garage, completely rammed, so we had to park 5 minutes walk away and carry everything.
Overall, appalling experience. I am gutted we didn't just drive to Liverpool. After Burnley, I wouldn't take my kids to Air Unlimited again.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

你们宣传说有“免费储物柜”，结果却要收费。他们强迫你在门口购买他们的袜子。停车场简直是个笑话——和一家偏僻街角的修车厂共用，挤得水泄不通，因此我们不得不在步行5分钟远的地方停车，然后扛着所有东西走回去。
总的来说，一次糟糕透顶的体验。真后悔没有直接开车去利物浦。经历了这次之后，我再也不会带孩子去Air Unlimited了。
省下钱吧，去别的地方吧。
